Our stencil-cut illuminated sign trays are engineered using high-grade aluminium composite panels as standard, with the option of heavy-duty 12-gauge aluminium. The face tray is precision CNC-routed or laser-cut to create stencil apertures corresponding to the desired text, logos, or graphic elements. These apertures are backed with opal acrylic diffusers, which serve as the primary light-transmitting surfaces for illumination.

The internal sub-frame tray is designed to house high-efficiency LED modules and associated components thus ensuring system reliability. When powered, the sign delivers a high-contrast, edge-defined illumination suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. This construction method ensures exceptional longevity, resistance to environmental factors, and minimal maintenance requirements.

Stencil cut illuminated sign trays are manufactured in single or multiple sections to achieve a seamless box-like structure. Finished edges are folded, welded/dressed. - Larger Sign Trays are supplied in multiple sections and come with interlocking channels along the joins. Available in a range of long-lasting colours and finishes. LED illuminated text, logo and graphic elements suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Available in any size or up to 3050mm x 1500mm in one piece. Larger sign trays are manufactured in multiple sections to almost any size.
